RV Space for rent in Flamingo Resort Mobile Home & RV Park. All ages community. Minimum lease term is 6 months. NO DOGS. Cats are allowed as long as they are kept inside.

Lot rent:
October – April $850/month
May – September $575/month

A $575 security deposit is required. Lot comes with parking for ONE vehicle only. Each lot has full hook ups and is metered for water and power (50 amp service available). Water & sewer are billed back to the residents monthly by the park. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get cable and Wi-Fi at your expense. Must be well maintained RV (or travel trailer/5th wheel). We do background check. The park is quiet, safe, and well-maintained by on-site management.

Located just 10 min from beautiful downtown Ft. Myers with its attractions. Shandler Hall Community Park with a playground is 3 min walk from the park. Several laundromats, grocery stores, Domino’s Pizza, Papa Johns Pizza, Hardee’s, CVS are within 5 min walk. Public transportation (bus stop) is right in front of the park. Everything you would need is available within 10 min from the community.
